NexMizan is a business technology studio in Egypt, founded in 2026. We build systems, analyse data, automate work and connect tools for companies in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and beyond, and we deliver in phases that you review before you pay for them.

That is why we begin by understanding your need and defining written scope, and each phase ends with evidence you check before paying for it. Complex projects need a diagnostic before implementation scope is set.

You deal with one named person from the first call to handover, and that person is accountable for every delivery.

How we think about the work
Five principles we hold ourselves to:
We promise deliverables, not results
We commit to what we deliver, its quality and its date. Your sales and profit depend on many factors we do not control, so we do not promise them.
We write before we build
The scope, the acceptance criteria and the separate costs are written down before we start, so nobody is surprised.
You follow progress yourself
You see a working version before the second payment, and the test results before the last.
You are the owner
What we deliver is yours, the accounts are in your name, and your system does not depend on any account of ours.
We say no when it is needed
If your request is outside our scope, or you do not need it at all, we say so plainly.
Where and when we work
We work online from Egypt, with companies and institutions in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and beyond, during Gulf business hours by agreement.
We hold meetings by call or video and stay in touch daily by WhatsApp and e-mail, in Arabic or English.
