We help sales teams manage the whole customer cycle, from first contact to a closed deal and after. We also implement, customise and connect ERP and Odoo systems, in phases and one module at a time.
In many sales teams, leads are spread across staff phones, WhatsApp chats and Excel files. The manager cannot tell who followed up with whom, why a deal stalled, or which deals should close this month. A CRM puts every customer, conversation, follow-up and deal in one place. Each deal has a stage, a next action and a date, so the manager sees the pipeline and each salesperson gets reminded of what is due.
We set up a CRM from scratch or develop the one you already use: fields, deal stages, reports, e-mail and WhatsApp integration, targets and commissions, alerts and reminders. We start with one team and one pipeline that actually works, then expand.
An ERP connects finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and HR in one system that every department shares. It is a bigger commitment, so we are direct about it. We implement Odoo, customise it and migrate your data into it, or we extend your existing ERP instead of replacing it when that fits better. We accept this work only on written conditions: a paid diagnostic first, then one module per phase, a backup and a rehearsal on a test copy before any data migration, and licences opened in your name.

Implementing, customising and integrating enterprise resource planning systems.
A salesperson notes the lead somewhere private, gets busy, and the opportunity goes cold before anyone calls.
Conversations, quotes and promises sit on scattered devices, and the company cannot get them back when the owner of the account changes.
When deals are not recorded by stage, management's numbers become spoken estimates that are hard to plan with.
The same order is typed in more than one place, figures differ between departments, and matching them costs time at every close.
A rollout that tries to cover everything at once often ends as a system used only for invoices. That is why we build one module at a time and confirm your team uses each one before the next.
Every deliverable has written acceptance criteria, and you review it before paying the instalment tied to its stage.
A short document with deal stages, required fields, roles and who follows up on what. It is the basis for the set-up and the reference for acceptance.
A pipeline with its stages, lead capture and assignment to the team, a record of every interaction, and alerts and reminders for the next action.
Messages are stored on the customer record. The integration is tested before handover, and any external service it needs is priced separately and opened in your name.
Deals by stage, each salesperson's performance, and targets and commissions under the rules we agree in writing.
We move your existing customers on a test copy first, merge duplicates, and compare counts with the source before the final move.
For ERP and Odoo projects: a plan that sets the module for each phase, the first module configured with workflows, permissions and reports, and a data-migration rehearsal on a test copy.
A training session for your team, a short written guide, and a list of the accounts and licences opened in your name.
Five steps. At each one there is something for you to review or approve before we move on.
After a free call, we run a paid 5-working-day diagnostic, reviewing sales or operations workflows, systems, roles and data. You receive a report, priorities and a custom implementation offer. This applies to CRM and ERP/Odoo projects.
Your part: You review the report and decide whether to start. If a project starts within 30 days of delivery of the diagnostic report, the diagnostic fee is credited in full.
We write the offer with scope, phases and acceptance criteria for each phase. The first release is one pipeline for one team in a CRM, or one module in an ERP.
Your part: You approve the scope and acceptance criteria in writing and pay the first instalment (40%).
We configure the system in a test environment, load sample data and then a sample of yours, and show you a working version.
Your part: Your team tries it and writes its comments. The second instalment (30%) is paid when it is previewed.
We take a backup, rehearse the data migration on a copy, reconcile counts and totals with the source, then test cases from your work: a success case and a failure case for each path.
Your part: You review the reconciliation sheet and test results and accept the delivery in writing. The final instalment (30%) is paid after that.
After the last payment we hand over the final files, documentation and accounts in your name, and we leave the temporary access. We fix defects free for 14 days, and an optional monthly maintenance plan is available.
Your part: You decide whether to add the next module or team. Each addition gets a new written offer.
CRM and ERP/Odoo projects receive a custom quote after a paid 5-working-day diagnostic. We review workflows, roles, data and integrations before setting implementation cost and duration. The diagnostic fee is credited in full if the project starts within 30 days of report delivery.

For complex work that needs assessment before implementation can be priced. Deliverables are agreed before the start; simple services begin with a free call and a written offer.
Yes. We review it first and write down what works and what is missing, then customise it: fields, stages, reports, and links to e-mail and WhatsApp. If replacing it is the better option, we say so in writing with the reasons, and the decision is yours. No change starts before it is priced and approved.
Yes. We implement and customise Odoo, set up modules, permissions and reports, and migrate data. We work one module per phase, with licences and accounts in your name. We always begin with a paid diagnostic, because the project is long and touches several departments.
Because its cost is set by your real procedures, not by a list of modules. In the diagnostic we map the procedures, pick the best module to start with, decide what data must move, and define how each part is accepted. We may also conclude that an ERP is not what you need now, and we will write that down.
We take a backup before any move, rehearse it on a test copy, then compare counts and totals with the source. Your customers' personal data stays in your accounts and is not placed in any external tool or service without your written consent. We work with temporary permissions.
Yes, and the connection is tested before handover. A WhatsApp connection may need an external service with fees, priced separately and opened in your name. Messaging follows the platform's rules and the customer's consent to receive messages.
In three instalments tied to the work: 40% at the start, 30% when a working version is previewed, and 30% on acceptance and approval. Final files are handed over after the last payment, and we never ask for the whole fee upfront.
